The Mission of the Parramatta Stadium Trust is to provide a multi purpose sporting arena for the conduct of football matches, sporting, entertainment and community events, thereby contributing to the development of sporting, recreational and cultural lifestyle for the residents of Sydney in particular and New South Wales in general.

In accordance with its Mission the Trust's principal goals are:
*to significantly increase usage of the Stadium and maximise the revenue which can be derived from this use, having due regard to providing oppurtunities to the general community.
*to maintain and develop the Stadium so that it continues to be a venue of international standard which is capable of attracting major sporting, cultural and community events.
*to fulfill the Stadium's role as a major Rugby League venue with a capacity for fixtures at all levels, serving the western and south western areas of Sydney.
Parramatta Stadium Trust Charter
The Parramatta Stadium Trust is constituted under the provisions of the Parramatta Stadium Trust Act, 1988.
The Trust shall have and may exercise and perform the functions conferred or imposed on it by or under the Act and shall in the exercise or performance of its functions be subject to the control and direction of the Minister for Sport and Recreation.
Management Values
The Trust recognises that it is managing a public asset and must do so effectively and efficiently. It will do its utmost to ensure that opportunities for the public to witness top quality sporting and entertainment are maximised.
Trustees
Members of the Parramatta Stadium Trust are appointed by the Governor on the recommendation of the Minister for Sport and Recreation.
